What you will be able to do
- List the disciplinary measures and the limitation periods in the Code
- Explain why clubs are liable for their supporters even without fault
- Use article 21 to enforce an unpaid decision for a client
- Decide whether a decision can be appealed, and by when
- Judge whether a disciplinary sanction is proportionate
- Advise a client through disciplinary proceedings from charge to appeal
