Prices are in euros and include VAT. A plan renews at the same length until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time from your account, as easily as you subscribed. The quiz bank and full access open with learner accounts.
Questions about pricing
What is free?
The study library, module 0 of the course with its test, two complete question sets (Disciplinary Code and RSTP, 90 questions) and sample questions for every other document. No account is needed.
How do the plans work?
Choose the quiz bank or full access for 1, 3 or 6 months. A longer plan costs less a month. A plan renews at the same length until you cancel, and questions and lessons revised for a new edition of the study pack are included.
How do the free days work?
Your first plan starts with 7 days free, then the price of your plan is charged for its full length. Cancel within the 7 days and you pay nothing.
How do I cancel?
Cancel at any time from your account page, as easily as you subscribed. Your plan then ends at the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing more is charged. Once you have been subscribed for five months, you may instead end your plan with one month’s notice to the end of a calendar month, and we refund what you have paid for the time after that.
Can I change my mind after subscribing?
Yes. You may withdraw within 14 days of subscribing, with “Withdraw from contract here” on your account page. We refund what you have paid, less an amount in proportion to the paid access you have used.
When can I buy the quiz bank or full access?
Both open with learner accounts. Leave your email on the course page and we will write when they open.
Can I move from the quiz bank to full access later?
Yes. The change takes effect at once, and the unused part of your quiz bank plan counts towards full access.
